Labor Market Analysis
PhasesWe collaborate with you to strategically assess and define your ideal employee, identify the demographic characteristics of your target workforce, and understand and prioritize project drivers.

Our proprietary database provides labor market intelligence and primary research, including anecdotal information, such as employer interviews, wages and testimonials as well as hundreds of standardized variables, including population size and growth, unemployment rate, age groups, education, average household income and quality of life.

This unique market intelligence enables us to develop a much broader understanding of a community’s labor dynamics and competitive environment. The first phase of our site selection process results in the selection of eight candidate markets that we refine to a short list with your help.


Community Evaluation
We organize a personalized, on-the-ground tour of each short-listed community. We meet with key individuals, including major employers, academia, staffing agencies and state and local government officials.   Through these meetings we understand and evaluate each community’s political and labor climate and assess its level of enthusiasm and support for your project.

Next, we create a community matrix that provides a clear, objective measurement and ranking of each market based on the information acquired during the tours. As a result, you can make your final selection with confidence.


Economic Incentive Analysis
Serving clients in all industries, we negotiate and evaluate optimal incentive programs for CBRE clients.     
 
Staffed with experience economists and by intelligently approaching the value creation of our client’s investment in people and capital, we have established a history of successfully delivering financially significant economic incentive packages for our clients.

We use our proprietary database of incentive availability and recent negotiations, along with analysis such as our Economic and Fiscal Impact Model to maximize negotiations on behalf of our clients.
