Phase IV includes the selection and development of the real estate for your call center or back-office operations. You can count on us to respond intelligently and aggressively to all your complex real estate needs. Because we took time at the beginning of this process to understand your objectives, we can define and implement a plan that creates accountability and produces results.

To identify your preferred location, we research appropriate properties, develop proposals, summarize responses, and prepare a financial analysis. To find just the fight location, we look at criteria that includes mechanical, plumbing, parking, redundant power, and telecommunications to meet the needs of your specific call center. We leverage our local market knowledge to analyze deal terms and negotiate and execute the final lease. Finally, our nation-wide relationships with developers, architects, and financial services providers help drive the entire buildout process and contain costs.
